Ehrenburg was a horrible human that painted invading Germans as sub-human, that’s all documented because another soviet writer at the time criticized his attitude toward German population (Georgy Alexandrov) , but the last leaflet where Ilya tells soviet soldier to take German women as “lawful booty” is a fake. There is no evidence that he wrote that one. Sadly, it has been used over and over on the internet by “neo-nazis” to the point where people think it’s authentic. Lets stick the facts, okay.
