America has gone nuts! Completely! Many years ago during Barack Obama’s presidency, the US space shuttle program was canceled entirely because it was too costly and ineffective. Russia had a similar space shuttle called Buran but it was also abandoned and canceled way before the US space shuttle was canceled, for the same reasons (costly and ineffective).
So since Obama canceled the space shuttle program, NASA relied on Russia’s ROSCOSMOS space agency to transport their astronauts into space, by contract and with payment of course, not for free, nothing is free in this world… so it was all fine and pink until House DEMOCRATS again continue to ruin NASA and US space exploration.
Now the United States canceled the contract with Russia and forced NASA not to do business with Russia anymore because its under “sanctions”, so American astronauts will remain stranded on Earth and in space until and if ever Elon Musk’s rockets will ever work. Just a 2 days ago Elon Musk’s rocket blew up while being tested, meaning its unsafe, while Russia’s Soyuz rockets are proven to be the safest and most reliable in the world with only a few failures after hundreds of launches.
For example last year one Soyuz malfunctioned and blew up while carrying one NASA astronaut and one ROSCOSMOS astronaut to the ISS but the Soyuz is built so well that none of the astronauts were even injured despite the severity of the incident. It was the first Soyuz failure in the last 35 years.

It was a bizarre incident… you could clearly hear the Russian flight control communicating with the crew, saying that a booster had failed, while the NASA TV commentator continued talking over it saying everything is normal. Even as the rocket was seen on the screen shaking and blowing up the NASA lady was saying “everything is continuing nominally”. That was such a funny moment, funny because the escape pod worked and they are alive and well because if they were dead then it would have been sad.
An even funnier part is that NASA astronaut Nick Hague was on his first space flight and that ended up with an accident, once in 35 years and it had to be him… I bet he’s like “ohhh man, F this space crap, I quit, I wanna become a farmer or something more safe now”. We were just joking, he’s a brave man, in fact back in March 2019 he was successfully transported to the ISS by Soyuz MS-12.

So here’s the thing, NASA doesn’t really wants to cut off ties with ROSCOSMOS as it knows there is no rocket more reliable in the world than Soyuz and its even worried that the American astronauts will be cut off from ISS but unfortunately there is nothing they can do as the bureaucrats in Washington DC are stubborn as mules who see Russia as the devil and they would rather donate tax payer’s money to SpaceX and Boeing so they can build rockets.
Furthermore NASA said that business with Russia was just perfect, cheap and reliable while they were forced to overpay Boeing for nothing but failures.
Theoretically, as early as next year, the United States could be excluded from the ISS.
Russian and US collaboration into space was great while it lasted. It could have brought humanity very far into space but instead of making progress and instead of being friends the Democratic party of America prefers to hate Russia and break all ties. This is a sad day of unspeakable proportions for space exploration.
Well it looks like Russia is going to have to pursuit the space dream by itself now. They will have to carry the torch of space exploration alone. Hopefully God will reward them with finding and colonizing an empty habitable planet one day where they will colonize it alone without the Americans.

Russia is probably not even going to be a country in the future at the rate its population is shrinking. How can the colonize a planet when they are barely able to colonize their own country right now?
