The modern reality of nuclear war is that it is not winnable because of all the nuclear reactors producing electric power in a given area. If they get damaged or abandoned during a war and the plant goes into full meltdown the surround area and countries would be irradiated for a thousand years or more making the area/land unlivable for animals and humans. In Iran I believe they have 3 now and the USA has 99 operating. So lets say N Korean forces EMP the states and all 99 go into meltdown then everyone is dead and the wind current as well as the oceanic current will spread the toxic radiation all over the world and make huge areas uninhabitable. It’s a lose, lose for all humanity.
