As is, only about 50% of the data here makes sense compared to lived experience.
It is true to experience that liberal Whites see their own race negatively compared to other races (this can be very extreme at times). It is also true to experience that conservative Whites seem to value themselves and Hispanic people relatively equally (particularly when they are legal immigrants). But, while I have certainly met liberal Whites who esteem Black people much more highly than themselves, I have never met a single conservative White person who felt that way. In my experience, they seem to be very merit-based and much more even in their evaluation of groups in general. I do think that there’s some definite respect for the relative good behavior and work ethic of Asian immigrants (the Chinese and Japanese in particular), all around. But, conservatives are very wary of Muslims from Asia, while liberals actively champion them. This group ends up dividing into two distinct subgroups making this statistic hard to gauge. I also don’t know what they consider “moderate,” so it’s hard to say whether this is on or off the mark.

This study doesn’t seem to be conducted very well in terms of its methodology. Half of its results are so strange, that I really wonder what their survey questions look like. I’d almost expect them to be strangely-phrased or slanted. :-(
