Roger Stone, a former campaign adviser to US President Donald Trump and a frequent Infowars contributor has been arrested by the FBI on charges including obstruction and witness tampering.
He was arrested at his home in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, at 6AM in the morning, with uniformed agents pounding on his door, one agent screaming: “FBI. Open the door.”
Stone opened the door and got arrested violently as if he were a mass murderer or something.
This comes following Thursday’s indictment by the office of the FBI Special Counsel which is investigating Trump and his associates over allegations surrounding his 2016 campaign.
Roger Stone is facing one count of obstruction of proceedings, one count of witness tampering, and five counts of false statements.
The indictment alleges that Stone discussed, with senior Trump campaign officials, the release of leaked Democratic National Committee emails by WikiLeaks (referred to in Mueller’s document as “Organization 1”). US intelligence claims the emails were hacked by Russian “government actors.”
The indictment claims that Stone lied to the House Intelligence Committee about his alleged contacts with WikiLeaks and tried to convince another person to give false testimony.
Alex Jones has not yet released any public statement on this.
According to this article, Alex Jones and frequent Infowars contributor Jerome Corsi might be next on the FBI’s list.
