Anyone who wants to snuff that out is a tyrant bent upon collectivist tyranny. I’m not sure when they started using populism as a pejorative word, but clearly they despise it and despise the will of the people they lust for power over. If the European whites prove too difficult to tyrannize over they will just replace them with lower IQ peoples who will vote for the political leukemia of socialism, and not question it’s goal of communism. Africans and Arabs fit that bill quite nicely.
