You might like to take a look at the Twitter feed of the Jewish neighbourhood watch unit, Shomrim. Their spokesman is quoted in the original Daily Star article and neither he nor the Daily Star claims that any Jews were attacked.

The Daily Star article that you link to most decidedly does not read the way this article does, neither does any report from any reliable news outlet. The Daily Star article makes no mention of Jews being attacked and the reason Jews are seen in the video is simply because (as the article correctly points out) this is a majority Jewish neighbourhood, which is home to the largest concentration of Haredi Jews in Europe.
