She says his plan for the black community “is promising.”
Dr. Alveda King spoke with FOX Business Network on Friday.
Dr. Alveda King: I listened very carefully to everything Mr. Trump has said in the last 72 hours or so and I fully agree with so many of the things that he’s saying. He has taken a page from the book of my daddy, A. D. King, and my uncle Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. looking at the climate, people and really being concerned about what’s happening in every community across America.

We are all guilty of disparaging Blacks because we lump them all together as incorrigible criminals. So easy to do. The reality though is that there are many okay Blacks, who are just like the rest of us really. They worry about jobs, about having not enough money to keep their thing together, and of course their kids. They’re not a stupid people, the decent, law-abiding ones. They know what’s going on and can spot a phony, political and otherwise, a mile off. That’s why it’s not surprising than an increasing number of them are rejecting HRClinton and go with the real deal, Donald Trump, instead. Blacks, too, are fed up with all the posturing clowns in American politics today!
