That said, there’s potential for a lot of deficits on a “normal” diet, especially with junk food and candy! I don’t care for being politically correct, ’cause I never am, but I care for my body, the earth, the animals, my wallet. The diets are being branched out and perfected in these days, do some supplements and it’d be okay or even on a superb level. I like being more high fat/protein. Vegan, normal, paleo, they will all cure diseases if done right. No matter how you run your machine – just eat clean.
