If you start a war with Mexico then you can just expand the USA and not worry about a wall!
Then for laughs…when you capture “Former Mexican President Vicente Fox”….then you can make him build the wall around his new prison all on his own and film it for people to watch at night on TV. You can call the show ..”El Stupido Presidento” or “Your gonna pay for that wall”…..or something like that!……..every time he slackens off one of the guards whips him….then smiles and gives him the finger!
I would watch that!

See how they get the ex-president to argue about not paying for it!………instead of saying it should not be built in the first place cause its no different than the Berlin wall!

He is a relative of Bush
