What people don’t get is how the caucus works. NOT LIKE A PRIMARY STATE!
It’s just a straw vote. Being active in another caucus state, most people just want to know the vote totals and leave. They wont stick around for the most important part, electing delegates for the county convention. Usually the most energized will stick it out, go to the county convention, where the most energized vote for delegates to the state convention. And ditto to the national convention.
Case in point. In 2012 Rick Santorum won the straw in MN by a landslide!
Yet to the National Convention Ron Paul had all but one delegate that could change his or her vote on the 2nd vote for nomination at the national convention.
All it is, is a bunch of hype!

STATE CONVENTION IS OVER!!
