SU24 is variable position swing wing plane. but pilot can lock swing wings in one position also. Pilot got the wings locked into a mid position. Looks just like it from the ground up at the belly flying over.

The still photo of an aircraft coming down in flames is NOT AN SU-24M. Look it up. SU-24M is a swing wing and looks nothing like that. Picture above was photoshopped.
