In Germany you are “required to pay Church Tax from your wages,it will be collected by the Gouvernment.This was going on for more then a century and is still Law today.To get out of not paying it is a long complicated Issue. To the best of my Knowledge this is only In Germany.It does not matter if you Baptiste Catholic or Protestant. Moslem are exempt.Take your Pick

I was thinking the same thing. He is the ruler of an entire country, he should take them ALL. And for interfering in politics, the Catholic church should lose its tax exempt status and they should be forced to pay taxes on ALL monies received and they should be forced to pay property taxes on every single piece of land owned by the catholic church, both in Europe and the U.S.
