There are some key words and phrases that we must translate here:

“…reinforcing its frontier presence…” and
“…bolster its forces and resources on the Western strategic theater”

These places could mean Mexico and the Southern California Coast, both of which have been tested to be vulnerable. The Russians have already infiltrated New York.

This is key information that the Pentagon needs to take to heart. A frontier presence and a Western strategic theater are easily understood to mean places that Russia has not sent forces and where Americans have not known them to be before.

It could be the reason that the feds have sent arsenal and guard to Texas and other places.

Odd how the Russian soldiers virtually wear the same uniforms as the US troops. They look exhausted with all of the snap drills. Putie better let these guys rest up before he makes any moves. A little R & R in Crimea perhaps?
