Omni-Presence, Omni-Potence, Omni-Action, Omni-Caritas means All Encompassing, not confined to limitation of finite dimension. God, Divine Awareness/Consciousness is Life, All Life Including all that appears to be. For without Life there would be no-one to experience Life.
No disrespect to the learned Gentleman that has written this piece, but God is Simple to Understand, but the Simplicity of this seems to get lost in intellectual reasoning that seems to make something so Simple not easy to Understand. Jesus said “take no thought”, literally meaning when thought ceases Life is Known in All Its Glory and Wonder.
