Is it more important to drive a car than seek out help to help deal with a mental disorder. It seems the Western Politically Correct System does not wish to address a simple issue. Humans are Spiritual/Mental/Physical Beings, if one cannot tell the difference between a Man and a Woman, one has a serious Mental issue. And 9 times out of 10 the last one to see this is the one with the issue.
