They are smart enough to outsmart the obola admisintration, they are back on the nr.1 place as the biggest oil producers and exporters taking back the lead from the US.
The weaker rubel combined with the cheap oil is also a win for them because the exchange rates, while its the exact opposite in the US., Russia increased its exports, while US. shale oil companies are going bankrupt and regular ones are also suffering, the saudis and OPEC wanted to eliminate shale oil from the market its looks like they will manage to do it, while everybody was focusing on Russia, the saudis backstabbed the obola regime:)

I always look at the big picture. Failure of all of Obamas programs that not just protect the American population, but enhance it to higher quality of life such as high tech industrial productive jobs, have been a failure. So the actual “plan” is failure – delibertly set up, except for the brain wash program that convenced the sheep that what he was doing was correct.
