But the US and UK Government Security Branches have kept me out of the Press and Media and contravened my Human Right Article 19 of expressing my opinion.

I want to clear an American Liberty Ship the SS Richard Montgomery of its 10,353 bombs still on board that have always been acceptably safe to clear.

There may even be nuclear bombs that did not appear on the loading manifest for obvious reasons.

Bomb Disposal operators are not trained to make safe nuclear bombs and are supported by scientist teams in the US and UK who give advice.

I was a trainee Team Leader of the UK Team and we had joint exercises with our US counterparts.

But our UK Government do not want me to clear this wreck and have broken UK and International laws to protect the public from its explosives.

They refused my offer to have all of the risks associated with its explosion computer modelled, so they do not know the possible extent of loss of life and property damage to reconsider their policy of doing nothing called their Non -Interference Policy because they wrongly assume it would explode even with an internal survey which is rubbish.

But what is more incredible is the Department of Transport have been given responsibility for managing the wreck and they have never employed a single explosives expert in any of the many fields of explosives expertise to understand the technical problems. Nor have they sought legal advice on their responsibility under UK Law to protect people first before they consider how to remove the risks that is routinely carried out when any single bomb or terrorist IED occurs on UK Land.

It is like a bomb carrying transporter shedding its load of bombs in the Street and placing a sign on it saying dangerous bombs are here and leaving it for 70 years like the UK DfT have done.
