Both of which are college football teams; they are definitely not NFL teams.

Furthermore, the NFL is a private company and car air whatever they want. Gun and drug-related advertisements are entirely too political to be played during nationally televised professional football games. The decision not to air it was most definitely a political one. That message saying: The NFL is staying neutral in the gun debate because we (the NFL) is not a PAC.
