ObamaCare (the ACA) requires the states to override existing insurance contracts in order for insurance exchanges to function, resulting in contract cancellations for millions of Americans, so that the entire ObamaCare scheme is unconstitutional on its face.

As this alleged ObamaCare law is void, there is no obligation to comply with it. It does not legally exist.
