Fukushima requires a global effort by the Western nuclear industry to eliminate the danger that Fukushima represents because Japan can’t handle it alone. Secretary Kerry should feel ashamed that he has not attended to this urgent request. The entire oceanic food chain is now at risk with no end in sight. The radiation release is immense, far more than all the nuclear tests ever done. Every organism on this planet is being damaged by the increasing radiation level.
