I did follow the link and all I found was the author of this story in the Times did was copy and paste the article. No dis-proof of the story, also brought up other links that support the original story.

Isn’t it wonderful that we have the 1st amendment to the Construction that would prevent the arrest and execution of someone that simply writes a story. We also don’t live in a dictatorship where the Govt imprisons someone for saying something such as China does
