Pavlos of Glyfada, one of the most respected Bishops in the Orthodox church, bravely speaks out against the injustice against the people’s nationalist movement.
“There are old politicians who owe money to the state. Yet they have been spared. The people know how many (referring to 0) politicians have been in prison, and instead they lock up the victims.”
He then goes on to say:
“They were wrong when they opened our borders in 1990, wrong when they tried to make it easy for the foreigners to get citizenship. We welcome those from all countries as tourists, but they should go back to their homelands.”
