And if rebels release more Sarin gas, will Assad be accused of cheating on his agreement?

I smell a trap set by Washington to blame Assad one more time in order to get support to bomb and invade.

International monitoring will work only if all rebel factions give up their war gas weapons. Assad should negotiate a “hold harmless” agreement if the rebels refuse to produce their war gas arsenal.
