Yeah, your right on this. I would not complain if it was Israelite’s on our soil, they don’t want to kill us but Russian’s and the Chinese have always had a problem with us. Israelite’s have never just started wars without letting it be known that that’s what they are going to do and trying to come up with other ways but war or acts of terror against anyone in there history but what’s the history of the Russian and Chinese people who’s here. Well, I could go on for days about that one. But I will just say this, no matter which country’s are being invited on our soil to conduct these “training” exercises its not right. No other people but our own should ever be allowed to train here let alone be allowed to patrol and or detain and or shoot our own people on our own streets and that’s what’s going on. 15000 Russian troops to come here and “help us” police certain events when we are getting rid of 400,000 of our own troops. Why get rid of so many if we have to then, after firing our own troops, reach out to other countries for help because we don’t have enough troops to do the job. And what do they think is going to happen that they need to reach out before there’s a problem to other countries for help. And if there is a real threat, why fire so many of our own troops. How dare you sit there and pretty much defend the Obama administration when there is so much proof out there showing they are crippling us and opening the door for so many terrible thing to happen to us, and so many unanswered questions that they won’t answers, they either joke about it or say they don’t know. What about the Obama administration authorizing deadly force to be used on u.s. citizens with out cause or reason and the authority they gave to use drones in our air space to patrol the USA but then when asked why they won’t answer. And when asked if they will be armed with weapons, they won’t say has or no. They say that’s to be determined. Or homeland security buying 1.6 billion hollow point rounds and 3300 armored Hummer’s. Homeland security is for just that, HOMELAND, and that’s more rounds per person then they used in the war in Afghanistan. Don’t be stupid! L-)

That’s one reason why foreign troops are dangerous.
There are other reasons.
Unlike US troops, foreign troops are not required to disobey unlawful orders. If an order is given to kill every civilian, they will do so, and the Geneva Convention will not be a problem for them.

And the Russian troops not only fired on Hungarians but killed thousands of them. I turn the table around. What experience do you have to make a statement that Russians did not fire on civilians in Chechnya and Afghanistan. They did commit atrocities on a grand scale and this is why they lost the Afghan war and had very questionable outcome in Chechnya.
