A foreign-power imposed “no-fly zone” is an act of war. Syria isn’t at war with anyone outside its borders at the moment so the use of outside force would be another violation of the U.N. charter.

How many violations of the U.N. charter must occur before the U.N. is revealed to be a criminal conspiracy instead of an organization for peace?
