1. Hand them over on purpose, as Clinton did with our missile technology;
2. Watch them steal it and do little or nothing about it, as Bush and Obama typically did.

The technology drain could be plugged immediately by removing all Chinese and other foreign nationals from the defense industry. If they have dual citizenship, let them run somewhere else, maybe into the restaurant business, but certainly not in critical defense plants.

So what we really have is not so much spying by the Chinese, which they also do well, but treason by our own elected officials and their bureaucracies. And that is how Iran got their very first nuclear reactor – the US State Dept. permitted them to have them. North Korea got their nuclear reactor from Mr. Clinton’s administration. It’s always the season for treason in America.
