California Gun Grabbers Plan Semi-auto Gun Confiscation

In a move that can be seen as a clear sign of things to come, California Democrats recently unveiled a ten point plan to “curb gun violence,” after the horrific Sandy Hook mass shooting in Newtown, Connecticut.

The ten proposals would make California the most restrictive state in the country when it comes to private firearm ownership and, much like the New York law is driving this gun grab push in California, could be used as a template for restriction and even possible confiscation in other states throughout the nation.

A group of anti-American gun grabbers, led by Democrats who control the state Legislature, held a press conference Thursday to promote the new law and float the idea of actual gun confiscation.

“California has always been a leader on the issue of gun safety,” Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa said. “New York has stepped up and stepped forward. California needs to answer the call.”

The bill would restrict hundreds of firearms as well as accessories the state has deemed unfit for the public. (but that will continue to be used by law enforcement who are apparently just better people than the rest of us)

A report by corporate media giant CBS highlighted what the law would actually do as if it was just another day on the job rather than any sort of big deal that involves actual confiscation of citizens weapons. (emphasis mine)

Among the measures is one that would outlaw the future sale of semi-automatic rifles with detachable magazines. The restriction would prevent quick reloading by requiring bullets to be loaded one at a time.

Lawmakers also want to make some prohibitions apply to current gun owners, not just to people who buy weapons in the future.

Like New York, California also would require background checks for buying ammunition and would add to the list of prohibited weapons.

Those buying ammunition would have to pay a fee and undergo an initial background check by the state Department of Justice, similar to what is required now before buyers can purchase a weapon. Subsequent background checks would be done instantly by an ammunition seller checking the Justice Department’s records.

The legislation also would ban possession of magazines holding more than 10 bullets, even by those who now own them legally. All weapons would have to be registered.

That’s right, gun confiscation, a possibility that has been ridiculed by the corporate media and the left for years is now being openly talked about as if they didn’t just spend years and years trying to convince the American people that gun confiscation is simply a right-wing conspiracy theory with no basis in actual fact.

The lawmakers who floated the idea of this form of gun confiscation have publicly shown themselves to be nothing more than treasonous scum who will do everything in their power to further destroy America in favor of a society where the military and police are the only people with any sort of weapons, a society that would wholeheartedly destroy personal freedom and prosperity for anyone that did not serve the state.

How would semi-auto gun confiscation work you might ask? Well, as of now, no details have been released but one can imagine what would happen and it wouldn’t be pretty.

How these politicians in their cozy corruption filled legislature plan to steal weapons from the citizens they were hired to serve is a question that should be publicly put forward and answered.
