Romney campaigned on a platform which endorsed a smaller, less intrusive Government and Obama countered this with more entitlements, the Affordable Care Act (which is proving to be affordable only for illegal immigrants who are automatically covered under the Act), plus a continuum of reckless spending which has increased the national debt by 3 trillion dollars during his first term…wake up folks…our Constitution is being raped by a narcissist zealot who has 3 more years to complete his plan…”wait a minute…Shhh…what’s that I hear?”…”REMEMBER, REMEMBER the 5h of November.

If they commit murder, the instrument of death does not exonerate them from criminal liability.

Criminal liability exists regardless of whether they murder innocent people using a knife, a gun, or a drone. The only exceptions are a declared war or after a proper trial. Congress has yet to declare war against any other nation or group of people.

The current wars in which the US is participating are entirely illegal despite Congressional funding, because the Congress has failed to officially debate the subject in order to formally declare war.

No formal war declaration exists for any of these war expenditures, and that eliminates the “war exception”.

The US constitution requires a war declaration, not a war ratification by funding. Congress was never given any constitutional power to delegate its duty to declare war.

Paul: why are you trying to see things in such a complicated way? They are not citizens?? They are just the same as we are. We are paying them so they are obliged to materialize our will. Otherwise it is a crime a we have to punish them! That is what we should talk about and nothing else. No different rules then a normal citizen. Just the same!!

I’m not condoning the mountain of despicable acts the member’s of the UN Security Council do regularly. Just saying nations play by different rules and need to be shamed in different ways then a normal citizen.

The criminality is now openly visible to all who care to see because Obama and his co-conspirators do not feel threatened by law enforcement agencies.

Where to start? Pick any decade. The creation of the privately-owned federal reserve and illegal delegation of the legislative duty to regulate our currency; the unconstitutional unapportioned income tax; Roosevelt’s illegal gold confiscation violating the 5th Amendment and due process; the unjustified, illegal invasion of Iraq; the unjustified, illegal bombing of Libya; the violent overthrow of governments in the Middle East, South America, Eastern Europe; the CIA’s attempted or actual assassinations of dozens of world leaders and private citizens including President Diem of South Vietnam; the illegal ObamaCare which forces the public to engage in interstate commerce against their will; the gun grab in violation of the 2nd Amendment;
the illegal shipment of hand grenades, machine guns, and assault rifles to drug cartels in Mexico and street gangs in L.A.; drone murders of hundreds of innocent Pakistani citizens; government corruption of American national news media and so much more.

The obvious question: what took Russia so long to realize what is happening in America? And where are the other nations who haven’t yet spoken about this?

How many more people have to be killed by US officials before someone says, “Enough!” and demands Obama and friends be sent to the International Criminal Tribunal for trial?

Who says US officials immunity from prosecution in the international courts? Remember, the defeated Nazi government never recognized or accepted the jurisdiction of the Allies at Nuremburg, so lack of official recognition is no excuse.

Will any nation’s sovereignty last 3 more years if Obama continues sending soldiers and war materiel to every nation on earth? I doubt that.
