Punishing all Americans for the acts of a few also violates the principles established at Nuremburg regarding proportionality. The people punished must be the ones responsible for the offense, and the punishment must be proportional to the offense.

All gun owners are not criminals, but will be treated like criminals under Feinstein’s plan. She would presume all to be guilty because of the acts of a few people. It is similar to punishing everyone in prison because one guy escaped. And that kind of punishment is itself a crime.

So I think it is fair to label Senator Feinstein as a criminal for attempting to violate America’s civil rights through collective punishment.

As far as executive orders being “legal,” they are NOT legal and are a totally unconstitutional method to railroad in fascist agendas used by the globalists when they cannot get the same so-called “laws” passed in Congress. They contravene the checks and balances built into the Constitution. Just because enemy agents have used them against us does not mean that they are legal.

What these fascists WANT to do and what they actually CAN do are two totally different things.

Military weapons were intended by our 2nd Amendment to be owned by individual citizens, and not exclusively by the government according to federal courts including the U.S. Supreme Court, articles written by the founders, letters from the Constitutional Convention, among other sources.

Senators and representatives who vote to limit 2nd Amendment rights are violating the law and deserve to be prosecuted. The only thing stopping that is the Constitutional provision that nothing they do in Congress shall be questioned elsewhere. Once they violate any provision of the Constitution by introducing an unconstitutional Bill, they should be barred from invoking that protection and be open to lawsuits for civil rights violations.

Such a rule may eliminate half of Congress from gun ownership.
