Marijuana is not reported harmless because of the left wing media, it’s reported as harmless because it is harmless, the only evidence anyone has come up with (In an extremely shady study no less) was that extremely heavy users after 20 years of use lose an average of 6 iq points, whereas light to medium users gain 4 iq points, light and medium users making up 90% of users that is. so it’s not much of a negative really. As well it’s much safer than alcohol when driving, there are no studies on it that aren’t extremely skewed, but coming from a person who’s smoked and drank before multiple times, marijuana doesn’t reduce your reaction times or thinking capability, in some ways it increases it.
And no, i didn’t vote for big government, never did and never will. :-8

If commerce never crosses state lines there is a loophole if that commerce is illegal under federal law.

The federal government has no constitutional power to regulate intrastate commerce occurring entirely within a state if that commerce does not affect interstate commerce.

So pot grown and consumed entirely within a state could not “affect” interstate commerce because interstate commerce in pot is illegal.

The US Supreme Court would have a hard time trying to explain how use of a product banned from interstate commerce could affect interstate commerce.
