I am starting to feel this is an FSB publication,
which is interesting. Reading phrases like
“yet it is too the most ridiculous” proves the absence
of native-english editors.

So the likelihood of true stories here is dependent
only on the mood of the engineers at Lubyanka Square
(yes – I know you guys have moved long ago), and sometimes that mood is hilarious.
They must be having a great time and I bet everybody volunteers writing articles for this crafty mag ;)
