I suggest we enact a “Governance Tax” on government employees and officials for the privilege of creating so many problems for the rest of humanity.

How about a “Drone Tax” to surcharge heads of state for each extra-judicial murder by their military forces?

And maybe a “Official Lie” tax on US public officials for compensating victims, such as the U.S. Ambassador killed in Libya?

And who should receive the funds from these taxes?

The citizens, of course. Governing us is a privilege, not a right.
