I agree that Internet 2 will be as the author states here, ‘ a facile entertainment platform’ with the main benefactors being the big corporate players and the fascist state. Freedom of speech will be eliminated as the masses are dumbed down with mindless entertainments and this will ultimately pave the way for the Brave New World prophesy where the state fathers its own manpower according to the needs of the state as the programme of depopulation gathers pace.
