No elected President has ever adopted the Articles of Confederation which is known as “this Constitution”, while there is no subscribed Oath there is only an Oral Oath taken which is that of an employee and is limited to what is left of the Northwest Ordinance to which every state that came into the Union Ratified the Articles of Confederation to be Adopted, but the secret meeting with George Washington as the alleged first President took on the governance of the Northwest Ordinance until states Ratified the Articles of Confederation which terminated the territorial jurisdiction of the United States and all legislative acts within said state borders when ratified. The governance of the United States has no territorial jurisdiction within any boarders of any state unless there is a Fort, port, or a needful building within those areas. Its all deception by political parties via an alleged news media and banking system of corporate lackies.
