As the article say, natural fruit can ferment and produce minute traces of alcohol. This minute trace of alcohol is not going to give you a buzz and even those fanatic muslims will not care about it.

If them French researchers wants to publish something useful about coke, they should investigate its effects on the meat. Koreans use Coke to make the meat tender so they can use cheap meat and make it seem like a quality meat.
