You may not have read what I wrote thouroghly, and I explained quite short: “Do what you can psysically”

I don’t just mean plant beautiful flowers and take care of the animals around you… You’d be amazed of what I’ve done to meet the future, and can hold my own [legally] against anyone threathening my family or unprotected ones. I started out as a prepper four years ago, but found in my searches that I had to include a spiritual understanding into what I am doing, as it is where we all come from and where we all go in the end, imho. What would it take to break that cycle of constant rebirth? Answers come from your heart, if you let them.

Do what you can psysically, and have a normal life, and persue the spiritual. It will hold answers. If things are to come they are the meaning of our incarnation and we were first in line of many souls to experience it. We are very strong, endless energy and protected, so things will turn out better then “they” try to scare us with.
