Young academically gifted Japanese college students with no purpose in life?No employment opportunities for what they majored in?I have an excellent idea!Let there be an employment lottery among this group of academically gifted college graduates for employment in the U.S.A.!Maybe the immigration department can conduct this scheme along with potential employers.The immigration department would issue a green card for those college grads that get their numbers called and be eligible for long term employment and residence in the U.S.A..Those that arrive in the U.S.A.
