Nah, never. Maybe the NK wouldn´t really have the power to strike back
but then again maybe they would. And they are all afraid outside,
because nobody knows just *if* the NKs are kamikaze enough to just
not give a shit and dare everybody to start WW3.
Especially Nippon is very, very vulnerable.
