for rather than what they have” (hey, no offense) but we are already
having lots of water problems today, on many places of the planet –
right now we are having a drought in all of Western Europe from Britain right down to Spain (and going on straight into Morocco, while Australia is getting partially drowned down under).

So I guess they ARE right this time, quite to the point.
Think about your kids (2030) and try to move if you are living
in an area that is prone to dryness – there may be water gushing
dangerously in winter but only in certain years, too much water
to handle.

Most other years it will be way to dry and your plants may die
(if you have a rural home that is) one after the other, trees die last.

If you are city people – well then you have to rely on our good old
authorities anyway and they are famous for creating catastrophes
rather than fighting them. Tip : check out those off-grid and “preppers”
sites, there is already a large community in the US.
Pretty savvy people.

And yes, Tank Girl predicted it alright.
