The Bible is riddled with repetitions and contradictions, things that the Bible bangers would be quick to point out in anything that they want to criticize. For instance, Genesis 1 and 2 disagree about the order in which things are created, and how satisfied God is about the results of his labors. The flood story is really two interwoven stories that contradict each other on how many of each kind of animal are to be brought into the Ark–is it one pair each or seven pairs each of the “clean” ones?

Sorry Jeremy…you have been grossly mis-led. The Bible was not written by people after Jesus died on the cross. Only Paul in the New Testament. The other New Testament writers either were disciples of or lived during Jesus physical visit to earth. ALL the Old Testament was written before Jesus birth. Jesus was NOT born on December 25th… You, Jeremy, ‘error because of your ignorance of the Scriptures’. Please show us Where all the ‘error’ in the Bible is…I have found zero error but a lot of misunderstanding by those ignorant of the Scriptures. Usually those that have never read or studied them.

Like i said.. why believe this particular story when it is almost a 100% direct ripoff of previous stories? And how is it the “word of god” when it was written by 40 human beings? Especially when huge portions are already proven to be false? Almost all of the 40 or so writers came many years after Jesus was supposedly alive.
