THAT is not true at all. FBI stats show that almost all crime is race on race. Stop spreading racist hate.

Seems to me that is blacks targeting whites and that in itself makes it a racially motivated hate crime.

In 2005, a bumper crop of rapes, blacks committed more than 35,000 rapes of white women and the reverse was less than 10 white rapes of black women.

Common sense reveals those cases to be purposely black on white crimes—but we ignore those facts and celebrate a few white on black so called hate crimes. All interracial crime is hateful.
