So vote in a new Governor in that state, and a new President or Prime Minister. Run for candidacy if both choices suck.

The American people are the ones who enable a Dem/GOP rubbish government to fund a CIA. Or England where Tories/Labour who could be boycotted so that the MI6 could be removed. Or whatever passes for a non-Zionist party in Israel so that Mossad can also be removed.

These are just neo-colonial outfits that English and American alike are indirectly responsible for. Vote for candidates in all constituencies that do not believe in warmongering or USURY and that are not worth millions individually.

Vote Joe Public, vote Tom Dick and Harry, not a multi millions worth person who write policy for the rich or to oppress other nations. It’s in your hands English and Americans, even Israelis, whether MI6 or CIA and Mossad, continue to exist and foment chaos and neo-colonialism across the world.
