And if SCOTUS denies cert in just this one case, it is made into a headline “declared the Constitution void”. Yeah, now that is great journalism!

Actually, my neighbour’s dog ate my homework. And SCOTUS denied my petition, so that’s proof that dogs are above the law. I should write an article headline “SCOTUS declares dogs to be rulers of the world!”.
