Re camera movements/ image tracking .. it is possible that a high end CCTV system can auto track moving objects and pan zoom tilt automatically see the link.

However the movements of the camera seem to indicate that the camera is being held by a cameraman. The movements seem too random for digital servo motor control.

Why are the “surveillance videos” moving and following his movements? Do they really have a full-time security person there with non-static positionable cameras? That seems a bit odd.

I don’t think he looks all that confused, he looks more frightened and paranoid, as if he was checking around him to see if anyone was following him. I am curious as to what he was saying to the person at the hallway window.
it’s obvious that his right foot was hurt and his tattered shoe in hand leaves me to wonder what happened to this man prior to this video.

There is nothing homeless looking about this man. He is wearing expensive clothes, expensive shoes (tassled loafer), and look at his neat, well kept hair cut. They thought he was homeless???? NO WAY!!!!

I don’t see confused and disoriented. I see him walking around like he needs help. The people that say they asked him if he needed help thought he was HOMELESS, and they were trying to offer him money. This is why he refused them. He needed the police and no one helped him.
