Translation:
“There was no conviction, thus no court verdict. The criminal case was closed after paying a fine. Mr. G. is therefore still presumed to be innocent, although he agreed with paying the fine.”

It is further reported that this was not a single incident but that Mr. G. has been known to have been regularly disrupting his neighbours with similar actions.

So there, another story that was ridiculously inflated by getting more made-up information added with every new rendition.
