Oh, so that’s how it works? Tell you what, next time I submit an essay, I’ll copy it, word for word, off a relevant article off JSTOR, but at the end I’ll put “actually written by x”. They surely can’t mark me down for that, right?

That depends on the source from which it was copied word for word is a real news site that practices trustworthy journalism.

If they didn’t give the source, it would be plagiarism, wouldn’t it? They give credit to the original source, so I don’t see anything wrong with that.

That said, giving evidence will last days, if not weeks – there’s plenty to choose from. This journalist must do some research.
