I have heard of the HAARP program years ago. The book is call ” Angels Don’t play this Harp “. As far as morons go ricpent you seem as clueless as any I have had the displeasure of knowing. The freak weather both in a part of Russia and Pakistan was caused by an anomality of the jet stream, predicted by global warming theory to become more frequent. HAARP regards a different (much higher) part of the atmosphere, the ionosphere. Regarding politics, this quote from Nikita Khrushchev:
