An interesting FSB report circulating in the Kremlin today states that United States Federal Police Forces have captured an Israeli “Killing Machine” who was attempting to flee the US after his being identified as the main suspect in a series of “racially motivated” stabbing attacks on black people that has resulted in at least 5 deaths over the past 3 months.
According to this report, a 33-year-old Israeli citizen holding duel US citizenship named Elias Abuelazam who was “deeply involved” in research for a new class of drugs called benzodiazepines, which are described as “anxiolytics and hypnotics”, for his employer Northridge Behaviorial Healthcare (aka Piedmont Behavioral Health Center), located not far from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) main headquarters in the US State of Virginia, [Note: these drugs include Valium Ambien Xanax Ativan Klonopin] is believed to have been “contaminated” with one of these drugs believed by the FSB to be able to induce “uncontrollable” racial hatred in its users.
The CIA use of these types of drugs to “control and manipulate” the American population was first exposed in 1976 in the Senate Report to Study Governmental Operations with Respect to Intelligence Activities (commonly known as the Church Committee) [Book I, page 401, April 1976] that detailed the US intelligence agencies “war” against the 1960’s counter culture opposed to the Vietnam conflict and called “Operation Chaos”.
In this report to the US Senate, CIA Director Richard Helms (the only CIA Director convicted for lying to the US Congress) argued in defense of his agencies drugging of unsuspecting Americans by stating “that administering drugs, including poisonous LSD, might be on individuals who are unwitting as this is the only realistic method of maintaining the capability considering the intended operational use to influence human behavior as the operational targets will certainly be unwitting.”
The largest known mass-population “racial” drugging experiment against the American people by the CIA, this report continues, occurred in 1992 in the California city of Los Angeles when its black population was “unleashed” against Asian and white peoples for the purpose of “crisis analysis”, and aside from causing 53 deaths, also resulted in thousands being injured and caused over $1 Billion in property damage.
Interesting to note about the 1992 Los Angeles riot was the CIA’s use of “Effective Frequency” techniques delivered through television viewing that when combined with the already drugged US water supply combined to create the worst episode in mass unrest the United States had seen in nearly 40 years.
Effective Frequency is the number of times a person must be exposed to an advertising message before a response is made and before exposure is considered wasteful, and whose research was pioneered by Colombia University research scientist Dr. Herbert E. Krugman who warned of the dangers of mass-population mind control should this technique be used.
Note: Due to the danger of mass-population manipulation through the use of Effective Frequency techniques the US television broadcasting standards of NTSC (analog) and ATSC (digital) are banned in nearly all other countries in the World with the exception of Canada which is planning to adopt the ATSC standard on August 31, 2011.
This report further points out as “extremely useful” the “trail” of CIA connections (aside from its physical location) between the Israeli “Killing Machine” Abuelazam and his employer Northridge Behaviorial Healthcare which is owned by a company called Psychiatric Solutions Inc. (PSI) that describes itself as “the largest operator of owned or leased freestanding psychiatric inpatient facilities with approximately 11,000 beds in 32 states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.”
PSI “also manages freestanding psychiatric inpatient facilities for government agencies and psychiatric inpatient units within medical/surgical hospitals owned by others” which extends its “mental health” reach into nearly every corner of the American people’s life.
Most important to note about PSI, this FSB report notes, is that it is “shadow” owned by one of the richest and most powerful man in America named Richard Rainwater, who aside from being one of President Bush’s “closet friends” has long warned of the United States destruction due to what is called Peak Oil and in a 2005 interview with CNN was quoted as saying what lies ahead for America “looms so large that it scares and confuses him”.
Aside from Rainwater being one of President Bush’s closest friends (they shared offices together in Texas) he managed the former US leader’s blind trust that is called Crescent Investments. Using Bush Family funds from Crescent, along with his own money, Rainwater founded Columbia Healthcare that he then merged with Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) and which has become the World’s largest for-profit hospital company.
Rainwater also used his own and Bush’s funds to found PSI where he then installed his former protégée from Colombia Healthcare Joey A. Jacobs as its Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer.
Joining Jacobs at PSI was another Bush “family friend” Dr. Kathy L. Bolmer who was made an Executive Vice President and was the former head of her own company called KB Behavioral Healthcare Consulting, LLC and is an internationally known expert on mass behavioral psychology. Important to note about Dr. Bolmer was that she was appointed by President Bush to serve on the New Freedom Commission on Mental Health which advocates among its many “shock findings” the immediate use of new drugs upon all Americans even without their testing, and to quote exactly from their Executive Summary:
Now to if the crazed Israeli “Killing Machine” just captured in the United States after his raging stabbing and hammer attacks on innocent black men is a part of PSI’s and Dr. Bolmer’s putting some “new discovery” into immediate practice it is not in our knowing.
What is in our knowing though, and as this FSB report points out, something very strange indeed is going on in America’s health care system that appears to have nothing at all to do with health, but everything to do with the US Governments effort to either keep their population from exploding, at the best, or to unleash upon these still asleep people a civil war the likes of which they have never seen.
If one was to bet on which one of these two scenarios is more likely they could, perhaps, follow the advice of the noted American investment guru Marc Farber who this past week advised all of his investors to “buy a farm you can tend to yourself way out in the boondocks and protect it with high voltage fences, barbed wire, booby traps, military weapons and Dobermans.”
