The accent is a Louisiana accent. My husband and his family are from the New Orleans area. I was from Mississippi and thought they all had northern accents at first. The narrator’s voice reminds me of my brother-in-law’s accent from New Orleans.

This hurricane season is supposed to be above average activity so oil could be transferred North as far as Ontario. No joke, more on the issue at:

HAHAHAHA O how I wish it were true. I live in South La. I haven’t seen any ‘toxic’ rain…. did this guy not realize his car is less than 5 feet away? Its kinda funny… and sad at the same time.
